WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD?
Lots of walking, eating chocolates, having good food and playing soccer! I try to keep myself busy, so I don’t have time to think about why I am in bad mood. When I’m mentally stressed out, I do lot’s of exercise to make body tired! It’s best way to go to sleep early and wake up next morning and forget about everything!
